We are so glad we went with Lloyd for finding our first home! He was always on top of everything, took us to any house we wanted to see (which was many!) and gave us really good input as a homeowner since we had never looked at houses before. We felt that Lloyd did his best in finding us the right house for the right price, and coached us through what to do next. Lloyd assisted my partner and I in selecting a house at very short notice! I was moving down from Canada and needed to view a range of houses during a last minutes 24 hour shopping trip. Lloyd was able to clear his schedule to take us around, explain the neighborhoods, and give me great advice on making an offer. Then, I returned to Canada leaving Lloyd to deal with all of the closing issues at his end. It was great knowing that I could trust him to take care of the details while I was back in Canada, and he helped make the transition to the US very smooth. He was also very understanding in dealing with unusual requests that pertained to obtaining financing in Canada for a purchase in the US. He offered me flexibility that greatly helped in sorting things out while I arranged things like my banking... He was also really friendly, good natured and fun to spend the day with driving around.
