After finally deciding to build a new home, my husband and I started thinking about putting our house on the market and contacting a realtor. A friend of mine recommended Mark Charter and he was also the realtor listed on the lot we wanted to purchase, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to contact him. I'm so glad that I did. He was very helpful with the purchase of the lot for the construction of our new home, meanwhile helping us decide when the best time to put the house we were living in on the market. He knew we needed a quick sale so that we could start the construction loan and a quick sale is what we got. Our house sold 4 days after hitting the market! My husband works nights and those few days were a little rough for him, with the high volume of traffic during his sleeping time, but Mark made sure to give him as much notice as he could in order for my husband to find somewhere to take a nap during the showing. Even after our house sold, Mark still checked in every once in while to see how construction was going on our new home and if there was anything he could help with. When we finally got close to closing and moving in to the new home he reminded us of all the extra services that he offers to help make the move easier. Mark has been an amazing asset to assist with reality needs and I would highly recommend him!

Mark did an excellent job for us on our new house. We were looking to upgrade but were not in any hurry. We had a financial strategy and Mark did not try to deviate us from this. He was prompt in his responses back to us and everything turned out perfect! We got the house we wanted and a great deal on top of it! There were also a lot of extras Mark provided without additional costs to us! The movers and interior decorator were a huge perk that we were not expecting. Also, Mark provided excellent advice to turn our current house into a rental which made our financial decision better than we planned!
