Going Above and Beyond: When we moved here from Oregon in 2016, we selected Traci as our real estate agent. Shopping from afar can be a scary experience, but Traci was able to video houses for us and send them to us in an email. What really stood out was her narration and noting of things that are not as easy to see on a video (age of heater, chips in side of house, marks on walls). We were so appreciative of the care Traci took in ensuring that we knew exactly what we were looking at, and it was evident Traci cared about us getting a good house and providing excellent customer service.
