Treated with zero respect. If you want to try to find a place to live from a company who won't call you back, won't honor agreements and who will refuse to work with you, this is the realtor for you. Otherwise, if you want an experience where you'll get treated the way you should as a customer, I urge you to continue searching elsewhere.
Absolutely no customer service. I submitted an application for a duplex and was told that if it opened up it was ours. We discovered that the current residents were moving out so we called to come sign the lease. We were then told that someone had come in after us and submitted an application for a 2 year lease. They were given the place. Frustrated we contacted the landlord who would only say that it wasn't his decision and the owner had made the call. I didn't expect leasing a place to be a bidding war, I thought it would be a much more organized process.
