Best chicken quesadilla I have ever had!!! Had this on Saturday just outside of the Flat Tire in Madrid. Would love to know when the truck is in town.
I have not had anything but the beef burrito and the marinated pork burrito, they are both very good. The marinated pork is what I go for the most. It is very very delicious. And the green sauce that comes with it really adds a new dimension to it.
Outstanding Mexican food truck. Tacos, quesadillas, and tamales are fantastic. Been in Ames 3 weeks and have eaten there 8 times.
