Best burrito restaurant--Fresh and tasty. Tortillas hand pressed in shop make Panch hands down the best around

Been here many times, food is always on point. As for the service I wish I could say the same. As a chef of 20 years, I am very disappointed in the way my family and I were treated. The quickest way to lose business is by treating the customer in the manner we we're treated. Having a rough day I understand, someone no called no show, all these things I can understand. Yet taking it out on the customer is frankly unacceptable. For those who worked yesterday, if you hate your job then quit. I didn't fill out your application nor did the other people who were complaining in your dinning area yesterday. I gave the 3 stars only because of the food being delicious.
Great burrito place with a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend! Has a short wait and isn't very busy most of the time.
Food was great, albeit a bit expensive for the portions served but still within reason I suppose. Workers spoke loud enough to be heard clearly and were overall very pleasant. Stepped in food that was on the floor on the way to my seat... so make what you want of that, but my table was clean and the restaurant was cleaned up pretty well for the most part.
Their burritos are great! They make their own tortillas fresh as you order so they are nice and warm. They have queso unlike some other places....it costs extra but is worth it. They also mix your burrito ingredients up before they wrap it, that way every bite tastes the same.
