This is a warning for all photographers that consider working for Virtual Rabbit. I spend approximately 33 hours shooting and processing, commuted across town (Washington DC) 2 days to shot 50 tours in 100+ degree temperatures. I not only worked at a reduced rate but rearranged my schedule to accommodate their short turnaround time. Then to add insult to injury I was not paid. I have made dozens of attempts and they ignore my calls and emails. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau and they ignored their attempts to resolve the dispute. And to make matters worse, they have used all my photographs. So if you consider working for the organization... get paid in advance! Register your photos with the copyright office before you upload and you be able to go after Virtual Rabbit's clients for copyright infringement if you don't get paid!
