My son's car stopped running while he was driving on the busy Lincoln Way (he's away at college). Called AAA and they dispatched Central Iowa Towing and Recovery to pick up my son and his car to tow to the auto repair station. My son was amazed at how quick the driver was on the scene, hooked up his car, and delivered him to the repair station. He also said the driver was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.
Unfortunately my car was towed (my fault) due to parking in the Iowa State commuter lot overnight. I was terrified when I got the email that my car had been towed, but picking up my vehicle was extremely easy and not as expensive as I thought it would be! It was $30 to retrieve my vehicle, which I am very thankful that it was not more.
Temperature is -20 Celsius degree today. My car battery died out there. It's also dark and late. I called roadside service. Central Iowa Towing responded and came to help in 15 min. Car was jumped and I can come home safely. I never felt more saved before. Thank you for the swift and professional help
