The owners here are always so nice! We comes here for treats because they have so many options and we know they use the best ingredients! They even let my dog try a treat to make sure she liked it first.
My dog loves going into treats on a leash and when she is not with me, she loves the fun stuff I bring home to her. I love that this is a family run business. Definitely worth shopping small. :)
We absolutely love Treats on a Leash! Barb and her husband are always so friendly and helpful. We originally had our pup on a brand of food that was causing him some digestive issues; they were wonderful in helping us assess a food that would work best for him. I've found their prices to be better than a lot of online stores and the fact that they have such great knowledge of food product lines is the reason why we don't shop anywhere else!
We all love this store (2 humans, 2 bassets, and 1 cat)! We buy almost all of our pet supplies here, from food and treats to toys and cat litter. Barb and Michael and their friendly sales associates are always happy to help with recommendations or assistance carrying things out to the car. They even deliver! Our dogs love going in for ice cream during the summer socials. When my mom visits from out of town, we always have to stop here to stock up on their bulk treats. It's clear that these two love pets, people, and serving as amazing ambassadors of Main Street Ames!
