Julie Waters has insured my cars since I was 16 and has been great. She always answers emails quickly and is on top of things. I recommend Ames Insurance Center to anyone.
Julie and her staff are the best! Julie is extremely knowledgable and gives great advice. She is very responsive, is honest, hard-working, and would do anything to help her clients out. I have always been impressed with the friendliness and great service at Ames Insurance Center. I love that they do reviews of my policies and provide excellent recommendations for my lifestyle. For example, after purchasing a home, two newer vehicles, and getting a dog, Julie recommended getting an umbrella policy to make sure we were adequately covered. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well covered and are ready for any situation to arise. I would recommend anyone to Julie, not only because she's a fantastic agent, but also because she is a great person. I couldn't be happier with Ames Insurance Center.
Julie is amazing. I am in insurance myself and I totally enjoy working with someone of her knowledge base. She knows her stuff and communicates through email with me and has never failed to respond to any question that I’ve had. I’ve undergone some life changes in the past few months and she’s been so helpful and understanding with me. I used internet agents before and was so ecstatic to have an agent like Julie that I could count on to be on my side for once. I’ve sent numerous friends and family there and would do it again in a heartbeat! This is my favorite agency that I’ve used by far!
This insurance company gets no stars! The insurance representative lied to us about how we could cancel our insurance. I was told I would not be charged and I was. I cancel my insurance 2 weeks before payment day and they took it out of my account anyway. When I call and confronted her she said I was crazy and that I would not be getting my money. I was fine with that and just wanting an apology for being misinformed and she refused. I gave up and ended the conversation. Do not use this company she does not know anything about the companies she uses.
