If i could give 0 stars i would ive yried calling for almost 3 months now due to a wrong fee that when i talk to allstate says needs to be handled with agent. No call back but they can email me about returing drivewise device but no comment about the fee.
We have had our insurance through Randy for almost 3 years and he does a great job answering our questions. I would recommend Allstate to anyone.
No good. Trying to understand the bill they charged me for auto insurance. And he can't even explained the reason. And other Allstate agent cannot explain it too. I really do not recommend Allstate. Whenever I sent e-mail, he ignores it unless it is setting up the meeting. No good, No knowledge
I purchased insurance online and was forced to make the effective date the next day and they took their payment from my bank the next day. Then when I was able to view documents online 2 days later they showed an effective date 6 days after I purchased it. When I called and questioned it they gave me a major run around and told me I could purchase rental insurance to have an effective date the next day or I could pay $50 more to change it. They were very quick to take my money now I need to wait a week or more for a refund.
