Great on hand selection. Helpfull staff.
I love this store! Every time I've gone into the store needing something, the staff has been friendly and very helpful. I bought all of my printers, a copy machine, ink, paper shredder, and office supplies from this Staples in Ames, and they have all been wonderful products.
They don't have everything but they always have good prices
If they don't have it, they can get it quick and reasonably priced. I don't want to see this store go away.
Best place to go for office supplies due to selection and items you can't find in other stores. Service is lacking, though; I'm seldom asked if I need any assistance.
