This is the second time in a week I've been in North Grand Ames, Iowa, and once again today no wipes at the door to clean cart handles. This is flu season and not a good time to not have them available! Is this going to be the norm now? What is the problem? Lines to check out were long. However, the clerk was very pleasant and competent.

The WORST CUSTOMER service EVER!!!!!!!! In the vision center-The blond woman sat in her chair, asked what I wanted, then said the frames are over there and pointed toward the other side of the area. She never got out of the chair once and could have cared less. Never even smiled. I was the only customer. Too busy? Then lose your job.
It's clean, workers are nice, you can get in and out pretty fast. Wish they had more store brands, though. Sometimes I want the store brand item and they only have a small variety of the name brand items, still inexpensive but I prefer the store brand.
Always good variety. Need more employees available to give assistance.
Love this wal mart, the employees are always very happy and helpful. I have not ever had a problem.
