You are very fortunate to have loyal employees to work in those conditions last year. When I asked yesterday about the air, I was told the part is to arrive this week. Please let the public know when it is once again comfortable to be in the store.
Summer has arrived and the store has NOT FIXED their air conditioning. I had to quit shopping in your store last year because it was so HOT in the store. Yesterday I was with my 86 year old mother shopping, and it was too stuffy for her.

A Lady named Shirley helped and did a great job. Lined me up with a great suit. She had to leave to a different area and then Julie took over for her and helped me even more. Even if the cost wasn't lower (it was) the service was tremendous. Thank you ladies.
