As I shopped around for options, Details was not the least expensive service. However, after visiting a couple of shops I decided to book with them anyway; I wanted to get my car as clean as possible and (admittedly, with some skepticism) I chose to try them.
My experience at Details was incredible! They are hands down Ames most popular detail business and I would recommend making an appointment. I made mine several days out and dropped off my car used car and got it back the next day and it was like I had just bought my car new again! I had the full detail done; interior, exterior, and engine and it all literally looks like new! Luke and his staff are extremely professional and efficient in what they do! I had a great experience and will use them again and again!

I am beyond pleased with the service at Details. Because I do a lot of curbing and bottle redemption, my car really needed cleaning. I had tried multiple times to clean it myself, but the watermarks on the upholstery seats from picking up stuff in the rain persisted, and there were odors left from drippy cans/bottles. But when a garbage bag opened in my trunk, leaking a bit of salsa out, it left me no choice. I had to try professional cleaning for safety reasons, not just appearance.
All the watermarks on the upholstery were gone. Every inch of the interior was pristine; like new. NO ODOR!!! A day later I am still shaking my head - and SMILING - about the service Details provided. You will not be disappointed; it is worthwhile to book with Details.
It turned out to be an EXCELLENT decision. When I went to pick up my car, I knew it would be "safe" in terms of germs, etc, but I was prepared to still see visual traces of stains. What a shock to open up the trunk, and then the doors, to see a vehicle that was as clean as the day I drove it off the lot!!! Frankly, I could not believe it.
Details Auto did an incredible job on my new vehicle. The cleaning and detailing was very thorough, inside and out. They were very accommodating in scheduling as well. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be returning!
