I'm giving this shop one star b/c they had the padded bike shorts I was shopping for, but I was not greeted-not even acknowledged- when I walked into the store. I asked the employee if she biked and she said "no". Obviously they don't care enough about their business to hire someone who at least has some knowledge as to what they are selling.
I got a good price on a good bike! The people working are very honest and reasonable. They won’t try and upsell you, they simply tell you how it is. Bicycle plus has been very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them over shopping online or the place around the corner. It’s refreshing to come into a business that respects me and my money.
