Esprit is a top notch owner operator salon! The stylists are very attentive to the guests needs and wishes and also keep to their schedules. As a former stylist I have high expectations and Esprit meets all of my expectations.
Got lured to Espirit in part because their website said "walk ins welcome." But then reality hits hard. Only two staff in the establishment: one is busy, the other one waiting for an appointment. Could do my hair after a three-hour wait or some other day. How's that a "welcome" for walk ins?
