Dont ask for matches unless you smoke cigars. My lighter ran out one day so I stop there because its on my way to work (dont live in Ames though) and i walked in and asked for Matches and the guy behind the counter was rude and said Well if upper management was here I would not be able to give them to you because they are just for customers who buy cigars. I was taken back a little all he had to do was just polity tell me I didn't know but he was full on rude to me. Wont be going back there you lost a customer!!! And You should really train them more about good customer service skills I dont expect to be treated like that and would not treat people like that at my job. But I guess some people just are not meant to work with the public!!!
