I will definitely not be returning to this place. The receptionist is very rude and condescending. I thought she was just having a bad day the first time I called her but she seems to be that way every single time. It also seems that since they changed to Fore Front Dermatology their prices have increased significantly. Prior to them switching company names, my wife was only charged $55 for a full acne consultation (after insurance) in March 2017 where she was even prescribed a cream and pill. However after they switched company names, I was charged $63 for a simple 3 minute follow up visit in which I didn't even speak to Dr. Cook!! What a shame. I tried to file a grievance and they told me "the charge was definitely valid and that was the minimum they could charge me. No free visits". I thought well of course it wouldn't be free but I didn't expect you to charge my insurance $150 and leave me with a $63 bill!!! From seeing the other review by Sierra, it looks like a lot of changes have occurred since changing to Fore Front Dermatology--changes that will NOT have my wife or I coming back! I can now understand why McFarland clinic has a MUCH longer wait time for appointments than Fore Front Dermatology. Everyone is going there instead of these crooks. Unbelievable.
I went to Skin Solutions to get warts removed from my hand after trying the over the counter stuff for months. After the first two sessions of cryotherapy the smaller warts were gone and after the third the final one disappeared! The staff are friendly and Nicole is extremely personable. Highly recommend.
I had a very bad experience at Skin Solutions (Now it is called ForeFront). The price is insane. For the first time I went there for my acne, they charged me 55 dollars after my insurance. However, for the second time I went there just for an update( I did not see a doctor but a nurse, and it took two minutes), they charged me 63 dollars. I dont understand it, so I called them. Their response and attitude was upsetting. I WILL NEVER GO THERE ANY MORE!
Would not recommend this place to anyone... my first appointment in March, I was assured that my medicaid insurance would be accepted. After driving almost 2 hours for a follow up in June, I was informed that they no longer accept medicaid and that my trip was a waste and she would not even see me at all due to this. The staff was aware of my upcoming appointment and the fact that my insurance was no longer accepted, but no one could be bothered to inform me before I made the trip. Extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought Kathy Cook did a good job of doing a skin check for me this time. I was a little disappointed the first time I went to her a few years ago. She just had me show her places I was concerned about. The 2nd time she was more thorough, and this time she was very thorough.
