I always have good experience with AMES branch. I'm always treated as preferred customer even though I only rent once or twice a year. We had a free upgrade in choice of vehicles which was awesome. My only suggestion is to please make sure your windshields are clean.
First car I rented didn't work properly then the next car just wasn't up to standard I wanted 10 mpg less than original car and no cruise control how do you drive a car across country without cruise control. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because the staff was amazing
